Peach Crumble

9x13 pan
6-8 peaches
lemon juice
1 heaping cup sugar
1 cup butter (room temp)
1 1/2 c. quick cook oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
 
Place enough sliced peaches (6-8) on bottom of pan.  Cover 1/2 to 3/4 of pan.  Sprinkle with lemon juice and add heaping cup of sugar. Mix.   (You can use less sugar.)
Mix butter, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.  Put crumble mixture over peaches.  Spoon on evenly. 
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
